Oprah says religion is like a mountain they all start at the bottom and they all lead to God. do you agree?
she basically says it doesn’t matter which religion you practice, or in other words they are all correct, can this be possible?
compare what the different religions say about God and salvation.. then you would probably come to the conclusion of no. If one religion says one thing, and another says the opposite, then how can they all lead to God? Its like saying.. “well, none of them have it truly right even though they claim they are, the correct version is somewhat ambiguous”. If one religion claims that it is the right one, yet it is actually that they all lead to God as Oprah believes, then that religion would be lying. and If it is lying, then how can how can it lead to God? it would by Oprah’s definition, be deceitful because it is not claiming that all religions lead to God.
seems like a flippant response to something that has such huge implications… either way.
