Paintballing HELP !?

This is where I am going, do they provide you with protective overalls (armour) as well as normal overalls? Are the normal overalls thick or thin (does paint soak through or not)? Would roller blading knee pads help (sliding) ? Should I wear a box (cup) (remeber this is a kids/children party ? If there are some over 18 year olds who have paint/smoke grenades can they use it on under 18 year olds ? Do the grenades make a LOUD bang ? I am going to be given 300 paintballs for a half a day (3 hour) party and so will that be enough (keep in mind that I have never gone paintballing) ? Does the paint wash off ? Should I wear gloves (I heard that it can hurt like hell when a paintball hits your knuckle) ? Do all the paintballs burst when they hit a target ?
I know this is a lot but I would appreciate it if you could get me an answer ASAP !

lmao, stop worrying. the clothes they give you are fine, wear gloves, 300 is not enough, you need like 800, you can brush the paint off, they burst when they hit you, the grenades are loud, you can trow them at anyone, dont wear knee pads,
