size of snowboard ideal for me?

hard stats I’m 6′3 about 190 pounds been into snowboarding for quite a while but still unsure about board sizes…I have big puppies (size 13) so I prefer the wide boards but some websites give u ideal weights and stuff for their boards yet people like Jeremy Jones ride 150’s and it just kinda confuses me. I’m not a beginner or anything but would just appreciate some feedback on what others think or personal experience..I’m looking for a board I can get away with in the park and heard a Nitro T2 would be good 159…i also thought about Seven wide 159 also would it be possible for me to go any smaller than this like to a 156 or 152..what would be the risks involved..anyway thanks for reading appreciated
