What size bindings should I buy?

I wear a size 6.5 in womens my board width is 229 to 232 what size bindings should I buy, and also what is a good board to buy for begginers. My size board is 139 in freestyle, 144 in freestyle/freeride, and 145 in freeride. I dont know the difference between those but I found them on the web, whats the best kind I should get?

To find your binding size just go by the size of your boots. The different companies are a little bit different in their size ranges. Just like the other guy said, each size binding is for a certain Boot Size range. You’d be either a small or a medium depending on how they’re sized for the brand you buy. With bindings it’s best to try them on with your boots. That way if you’re between sizes you can find the bindings that fit nice and snug but aren’t uncomfortable.

As for boards, if you’re just starting out and aren’t sure what type of riding you’ll be doing, it’s best to go with an all-mountain board (that’s where the 144 size comes in). These boards are good for all types of riding, but won’t necessarily excel at park riding, for example, but will still be good. Also, since you’re just beginning you might want a smaller board to learn on, so maybe go with a 142-144. Boards I recommend for beginners are the Ride Solace, Burton Feather, and the K2 Moment. All are reasonably priced, meant for beginners (but should still be decent when you get to an intermediate level), and are made by good, quality brands.
